Creating an Split Field By Separator Action Item

Is it possible to crate an action item that splits tags that are separated by a semicolon followed by a space character? If so, how? We get weird results if we follow the normal procedure, which works well if there is only one character such as just the semicolon.

Then simply replace all semi-colon + space character sequences with a semi-colon beforehand.
