CUE file with UTF8 without BOM opens with broken Unicode characters

Hello

When I open CUE without BOM, Unicode characters are broken

Attached the CUE files with UTF8 with/without BOM

Thank you for reporting the issue! I've just released Mp3tag v3.26b, which should also read UTF-8 encoded CUE files without BOM.
