Cut redundant tag update

mp3tag's file list ENTER and SHIFT-ENTER currently write unchanged tag values to the files. This touches the files, causes an error if the file is unwritable (e.g. playing), prompts if the file is RO, and greatly slows down operation - all needlessly.

It would be great if mp3tag skipped the tag write for known non-changed tag values such as in the above case.

I agree! This has happened to me a couple of times too. Even if you're only looking at the Extended Tags window, and you close it by clicking "OK", it will write the tag information to the songs, even though nothing has been changed.
