As I'm new here , I'm not sure where to post this.
Is it possible to Load a particular Panel Config when I Change Directory ?
Also , is it possible to have a Default Config of my own to Load when I open up mp3tag ?
I do have a few more Queries , but I will search around for them .

No.
As soon as you have configured MP3tag the way you want it, then this configuration is saved in a zip-file with a standard name - which you may rename.
You may manually exchange the standard zip-file with one that you saved previously.
There is no way to load that with some kind of command line parameter.

Oh, this may have been a little to superficial:
The tag panel configuration can be saved and loaded separately. But it has still to be done manually.
