Discnumber tag doesn't appear in Windows Disc column

When I utilize the Discnumber field the value does not appear in Windows 10 Explorer. Yes, view>details>add column>disc is in view. I experimented with numerical and num/num values

I don't know what "disc" does - the discnumber is shown with the attribute "part of a set".
