Discogs not connecting

When looking for cover art and music details I choose Discogs as recommended but get an access denied. I have an account with them and are logged in as far as I know. I get this error most of the time. On a rare occasion all goes smoothly as expected. So what is going on here? I was using the Amazon connection but I know is not available now.

Can you check your system time and ensure that it's set correctly?

I am having the same issue, using MP3Tag 2.83 on Win 10. My system date and time is correct.

Specifically, I am getting a "401 Unauthorized" error. I am logged into Discogs.com, with a valid account.

Thoughts?

Another issue, which I've just remembered, has been fixed with v2.83a Development Build FIX: dot and underscore characters where percent-encoded when querying Discogs which resulted in HTTP 401 error.

I downloaded this beta today. I was successfully able to access Discogs; it found the album I was trying to locate. Also, I was able to download just cover art from Discogs, as well.

So this beta seems to have resolved my issues with Discogs. Thanks!
