I wonder how could I import Discogs' field "series" for a release into audio files' tags.
Let's say we have this release:

From that release, I also want the field "Series" to be saved onto the tags, with the value "Goa Trancendental". And the value of the series, being "2" on this case, to be saved as well.
I have found the display of a series name and a number also for e.g. Space Night, Café del Mar, Ambient Lounge etc. (no complete list).
The display features a link to a page which in short describes the contents or motto of the series.
There are no standard fields for such a contents. In many cases the series album name repeats the series name (with the link) and a number, so all the information is already there.
Where would you like to see that additional data and which player would show it?
Should the info from the separate page be repeated for each track?
I'm not sure if this kind of "series" on Discogs is not just another term for a music Label?
Label names (as "Goa Trancendental" or "Café del Mar Music") could be saved into the PUBLISHER tag.
However, the term "series", meaning an ongoing list of releases that are numbered in any way, such as the BRAVO HITS series (see the release group series on MusicBrainz), would not make much sense to be saved as name or as pure position number in a field inside music tracks, IMHO.
Perhaps the OP @eowar could shed some light on their intentions?
