Some more details would be helpful.
Chrome on Windows 10 and Windows 11 with the Google Safe Browsing protection set to Enhanced or Standard is blocking the 64-bit download of v3.25. But the 32-bit version downloads fine with no warning or block.
Firefox is also blocking the download for the 64-bit version of v3.25 while allowing the 32-bit version to download.
Microsoft Edge with its download protections enabled is allowing the download of both the 64-bit version and 32-bit version with no block or warnings.
Something is tripping the download protections in Chrome and Firefox. Not sure why.
Of course the download of the 64-bit version of Mp3Tag v3.25 is safe. But getting the download using either Chrome or Firefox requires clicking through some ominous warnings and knowing how to even do that.
Windows 11 Smart Screen isn't blocking either version of v3.25. It's not a Windows 11 problem. It's a Chrome and Firefox problem.
Suggestion for now is to use Edge to download Mp3Tag rather than Chrome or Firefox.
I don't know what I have done but my Firefox downloads any version without any hicups. Perhaps it is a question which safe browsing extension is enabled. I use the one from Avira.
Thank you all for the extra information. It's indeed currently blocked and identified as malware/virus via Firefox's Phishing and Malware Protection and Chrome (which both use Google’s Safe Browsing service).
I've reanalysed the download and none of the 72 latest anti-virus and anti-malware engines used by VirusTotal detect anything, here is the report.
The site linked to below looks like it can be used to report such false positives. I've just did so, and I encourage you doing so too if you believe the download is safe.

I've now employed the easiest of workarounds, which also seems to show how pointless this safe protection is: the temporary download URL is now

Let's see how long that will take.
