Empty proposal list and put the mine

This software offers a list of "genre" that does not interest me (I class my music by instruments - Piano - Guitar - Saxophone etc ...)
I would like to empty the list of proposals and put mine in its place. I did not find how to do it (if it is possible!)

You can edit the list of Genres at "Options > Genre" (and hide the default ones).

I'm stupid, I understood to add, but I did not check "hide the default ones" to clear the proposals !!!!!
