Encoding Not Updating with Save in 3.32d

Not sure what expected behavior is, but thought I would report this since it is different from version 3.32 to 3.32d. ISO-8859-1 encoded mp3s formerly updated to UTF-16 after saving (with my settings), but now remain at ISO-8859-1. For me, it’s easy enough to tag cut then tag paste to update the encoding with the latest version.

This is now fixed with Mp3tag v3.33-beta.5.

Initially, I thought that it's okay to preserve existing ID3v2 frames with a different encoding than the one requested to be written. But in reality re-writing the tags is often used to create some kind consistency and improve compatibility with other apps.
