Export and Import Tag Data To Excel (or other formats)

Is there a way to export my MP3 tags data to Excel (or other apps)?... modify as needed and then import the information back into the MP3 file.

I recently converted all my files to 192 kbps. The result is it only saved the default value information (name, year, album, artist, etc.).

Now I have to recreate all of the Credits, composers, etc.... (35,000 files).

What I want to do is back up all the credit info from the 256 kbs files to a spreadsheet (or recommend app) and input into the new files which or now 192kbs.

Any ideas....

If you still have both files, than copy/paste would be the easier way.

Load some old files into MP3Tag, select all, copy tags, load the corresponding new files, paste tags.
