Export embedded cover

Hello,
I'd like to export the embedded cover and save it as the filename.
Example: 001. Abba - SOS (Live).mp3 ----> 001. Abba - SOS (Live).jpg

I could export the cover with 'Action' 'Export cover to file' but I was not able to name it as the filename,
I tried with %filename% without success.

%_filename%
