You must move tracks out of working directory (only mixes can be in working dir)!
Put all tracks for first artist in folder
Example: "E:/Mp3 Tag/Ahmed Abdullah Sextet 1990-09-14 Disc 1"

I tried to implement it but didn't make it, sorry can't help you.
Can't get counter value inside of "if" function. I will ask Florian for function request for this. Than I can make it work.
It's ok on my computer becase I use it local (offline). On internet it may work slow, but not too slow.
Finally fixed very big bug with expand albums.
I tested new export template and I guarantee that now all albums expands correctly, I am 100% sure. 
Added expand all albums link.
Reduced size of created html file.
I suggest that you make several pages in alphabetic order by artist name (only if pages are loading VERY VERY slow).
Example: A-D, E-I, J-M, ...
