exporting html

I had successfully exported an html file displayable by IE but now even after upgrading to 2.39, all I get is IE error about parsing errors in the xml

I found on the web instruction of adding the following to the DTD and did so

but although the erroris gone IE only displays the xml source file.

Anything I may have set up wrong to have this action? maybe I change an IE setting.

I don't know why no one else had this problem, why only I had it.

Anyway if anyone does in future, it turns out that IE was not set to be default browser. I'm not sure what caused that to happen. I scanned for viruses.

The help wouldn't activate either until I set IE as default browser.
