Is it possible to export the default Genre list (assuming it is not available as a text file) to use as the starting point for a customised list? I am only able to export a single item: Audio Drama.

Thank you Ohrenkino. I now appreciate that the Mp3tag Genre field corresponds to the ID3v1 field which actually stores a code rather than a label. So, there really is no need for me to spend time customising the Genre field with new entries that, presumably, will be ignored by my music app.
What would be useful to me (and maybe other users) is a customisation option that lists all the ID3v1 defined genres. It would then allow me to 'untick' all non-relevant genres (e.g. 'Shoegaze'). The Genre dropdown list would then be much shorter but would still store the correct code in the ID3v1 field. Has such a feature been considered previously?
Please note that the mapping of genre names to codes is mainly a feature for V1 tags.
V2 tags allow user-defined genres for which there is no code or which are actually mapped to "other".
So any player that can interpret V2 tags should take what is stored as text in GENRE
