Expression Needed to Change Hyphenated Word Capitalisation

Would a kind forum member please help me out with a regular expression (or something else) that in effect changes all hyphenated words into a format where each component of the hyphenated word starts with a capital letter?

Example:

game-eagle
Game-eagle
game-Eagle

should all be transformed into

Game-Eagle

I think that an action of the type "Case conversion" should do if you define the "-" as word boundary.
