how can external (windows) variables like USERNAME be integrated or used in an internal function like "regexpr"?

I want to move some files into certain directories.

I just used the search function and found this thread:

%_username% as placeholder

It would be nice to have the ability to write in an export or action the username. For: https://docs.mp3tag.de/export e.g. (First line of an export file) $filename(C:\Users\%_username%\Desktop\filename.txt,utf-8)
