[F] 2.55 crashes on startup

I just upgraded from 2.54 to 2.55, and when I went to launch, Mp3tag crashed immediately with 'An unexpected error occurred'.

I've attached the .dmp file that got generated. According to the readout when I viewed it in VS2010, the error was 'The thread tried to execute an illegal instruction'. Does that mean, by any chance, that 2.55 was built only to support CPUs that have SSE2 (which my CPU does not have)?

Windows XP, Celeron Coppermine, 512 MBs of RAM

After installing Mp3tag have you rebooted your pc ??

This is now fixed with Mp3tag v2.55a. Thanks for reporting!
