This has only happened to me once, but I thought I should report it anyway.
Loaded a directory,
Imported a jpg that was in there
Queried Amazon.com
Saved track info, but not album cover
Then the album cover I had added was gone.
I tried reproducing it, but I couldn't. Maybe someone else?
