[F] explorer shell integration: multiple folders selection

when using explorer shell integration to open a selection of multiple folders (in version 2.36), an error message appears in german. A few times it stayed on-screen for me to read it, most times it goes away. it as an OK button but still goes away without clicking OK. this only happens when mp3tag is closed. if it is already running, using explorer shell right-click menu to open a selection of folders causes mp3tag to correctly open one(random?) of the selected folders.

here's the log
