is to read:
ID3v2 if enabled, Mp3tag writes an ID3v1 tag to the file.

Do You agree, it should be corrected to:
ID3v2 if enabled, Mp3tag writes an ID3v1 tag to the file and an ID3v2 tag to the file.

The answer shows, how stringent logical the thinking is in this program. Many program attempt (in a good meaning) to "think for the user" and do, what it think, should be the best for user - but it never knows, what the individual user really want in an actual case! In short: In this program You are the "driver" yourself. Brilliant thinking!
