[F] lossy TAK - Incorrect version, bitrate, etc

Hi,

For lossy TAK files the Properties window shows incorrect information i.e. :
Version: nothing
Bitrate: 0
Frequency: 0
Mode: nothing
Length: 00:00 (0)

Lossy TAK files were encoded with foobar and tag information is displayed correctly in foobar.

For the record, I’ve encoded some regular non-lossy TAK files with foobar and those display properly in Mp3tag.

This should be fixed with the current Development Build.
