[F] Mp3tag Doesn't Recognize "JPEG" Extension

Album art with the extension .jpeg as opposed to .jpg don't show in the preview.

Of course, changing the extension to .jpg fixed the problem.

I've added *.jpeg to the list of supported file extensions with the current Development Build.
