[F] Web Sources "json_select_many" command output garbled

if json contain chinese chars:

json_foreach "author"
    json_select "name"
    sayrest
    say ", "
json_foreach_end

is working properly.

but json_select_many "author" "name" ", " or json_select_array "author" -1 ", " will output garbled characters.

I've fixed this issue with Mp3tag v2.87c Development Build.
