So, itunes can make my mp3's bookmarkable... but it can only do them one at a time. Any chance Mp3tag could make them bookmarkable?

Try to mark them as podcast by adding a field
ITUNESPODCAST = 1
via the 
extended tag dialog with the latest Development Build.
