File properties vs MP3TAG name

I've noticed recently that when I put my music into a collection, and renumber, when I look at the files /properties, the track numbers are messed up. Am I doing something wrong? I open the program and it's correct - back to the files and they differ.

Maybe I found the "issue". I took out the leading "0" and it worked.

No, I did not say hexadecimal, but octal. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Octal Ok, this is one way to go, but needs to do it by two filtered steps. Another way to go would be to modify the tag-field TRACK, after importing the number string having the leading zero, by an action "Format value" using the format string: $num(%TRACK%,1).
