Filename to Artist and Title

Hi

I have a lot of songs with the filenames in the format below

02-Lose Yourself - Eminem

Can I setup a quick action to extract the Song title only to go into the TITLE field and the Artist Title only to go into the ARTIST field

Can you create an action for both separately and or together
