Filename to Tag with extra character

Hello,
How can I convert a filename to an Artist tag with a leading + sign.
Here is an example:

File name 32. Bach - In dulci jubilo, BWV729.flac
The Artist is of course Bach but I wish to create +Bach with File-Tag.

I do not think that this is possible.
After the import of tag data from the file name, use in second step Convert>Tag-Tag for ARTIST with
Format string: +%artist%
