Files of one Artist into one Folder

Hello!

This is my first post, so first of all thanks for this powerful tool!!

My Problem:

I have a large number of MP3-Files. Id like to have them in Artist-Folders, so I need an action which creates a Folder named by the artist an moves the File into that.

I went through the Support and found a few good threads for that, but here's the problem:

Id like the program to create a new Folder and moving the Files into its artist folder just in that case, that there are 3 or more (so n>2) Files of one Artist. Otherwise it should just leave the File without creating a Folder.

For example:

Nirvana - Title 1
Nirvana - Title 2
Nirvana - Title 3
Nirvana - Title 4
R.E.M - Title 5
R.E.M. - Title 6
Red Hot Chili Peppers - Title 7
Red Hot Chili Peppers - Title 8
Red Hot Chili Peppers - Title 9
DJ Pascula - Title 10

(running Actions) -->

Folder "Nirvana"

- Title 1
- Title 2
- Title 3
- Title 4

Folder "Red Hot Chili Peppers"

- Title 7
- Title 8
- Title 9

R.E.M. - Title 5
R.E.M. - Title 6
DJ Pascula - Title 10

Would you have any ideas for some actions?

That isn't possible with MP3Tag, because each file is treated individually and has no way to count other files. However, you can very easily move files to subfolders with the Tag to Filename feature, instead of Actions. Set Tag to Filename to "%artist%\%_filename%", that will move all selected files to a subdirectory for their artist and retain the original filename.
