Filter to look for track # and Discnumber

I'd also like to ask if there could be a filter that will allow me to see:
1.
track # that are not in the form of xx/xx (ie 01/14 or 2/14 etc)
2.
Discnumber that is not in the form of x/x (ie 1/1 or 1/2 etc)

Hopefully someone has the answer to make it easier that looking at the one page at a time

1.) Would 1/7 be wrong for you as %track%?
2.) Would 1/13 or 12/13 be wrong for you as %discnumber%?
