Find and Replace Text

I've often felt the need for Find and Replace in MP3T. Amazon music often puts annoying info in brackets after track titles, such as: (Live, Toronto, 1973, random auditorium). This is annoying and I only need it once in the album title. Looking up Discogs tags works sometimes but far from all the time. It would be great to select the bracketed text and replace it in one go instead of having to do it track by track.
Thanks for such amazing software that I use most every day.

Just filter your files for this string:
title HAS "(Live, Toronto, 1973, random auditorium)".
Mark all your displayed files
and create an action of the type Replace
Field: TITLE
Original: (Live, Toronto, 1973, random auditorium) (with leading white space)
Replace with: (Leave empty)

For having a preview of the result before you can also use the Converter Tag->Tag:
Field: TITLE
Format String: $replace(%title%,' (Live, Toronto, 1973, random auditorium)',)

Just an amendment to what @poster has already described:
You can also use an action of the type "Guess value"
Source: %title%
Target string: %title% (%dummy%)

There are so many ways to do it.

Thanks, I'll give this a go.
