For custom user fields: Possible to recreate Genre drop-down preset list?

Is it possible to recreate or mimic the current behavior of the Genre field which has a preset drop-down item list, to a custom user list? Examples of custom user lists are Country and Language which I would like to add to Matroska/MKV/MKA.

I would like to put in my most used or so list of Countries, Languages, and others and hopefully their unicode character counterparts as well (for example: Macau / 澳門, Ukraine / Україна). Especially since I won't be able to actually remember and manually type in such non-English unicode characters after all.

Custom Tag Drop Down Lists

One of my custom tags is "subgenre" for my classical collection. I'd like to have things like "Piano - Solo" or "Concerto - Flute", but I don't want to have to memorize the exact formatting of every new subgenre I create. Is there any way to define preset values (that would appear as a drop-down list) for custom tag fields within MP3Tag? For example, the "Genre" tag has drop-down choices such as Punk or Ambient.
