Formating title

Hi,

I have problems to format title, I need remove the sub string " - www.website.net" from title.

I try:
Action: Format Value
Field: TITLE
Format: $replace(%title%," - www.website.net","")

But it is not working!

There is another way to do this?

$replace(%title%, - www.website.net,)
or
$replace(%title%,' - www.website.net',)
