Genre and Cover Art from Discogs, without 'release'?

Hi. Is it possible to use MP3TAG to import genre tags and cover art from Discogs based just on the Artist and Title tags, please?

I have lots of singles, which I have compiled into my own 'releases' (album) over the years, hence the unavailability of that tag value for matching against a web source.

I don't think that this is possible.

Just a small example:
Imagine, you would search for the song "My Mama Said" from ABBA.
Discogs lists this song on about 512 albums from different years.

While the GENRE may be the same for a song on many of the releases, the cover art is it not, for sure.

So, without the matching year and album name it is nearly impossible to guess if you are looking for the cover art from the first ABBA album, from the various "Best of" from the various "Greatest Hits", from the various "Collections" from a LP, from a EP, from a CD and so on.
