Let's talk Genre Change
Is it possible to create an action that will only change part of a genre and not everything.
for example : If I have a track that has the genre of "Urban Hip-Hop" I want to change the genre to "Hip-Hop" but if
if there is a track that only has the genre of "Hip-Hop" in the tag, i want it to ignore and do nothing.
I would filter for %genre% IS "Urban Hip-Hop" then select all found files and simply change the genre in the tag panel to Hip-Hop.

no this does not work. I have to constantly look up each genre. I would prefer to just an action.
Right. But you would have to modify your action each time the same way anyhow. Sometimes the simplest way is the best way. How many different genres are you thinking of changing? For one-time uses this is the easiest way.
An alternative is to use the Action named Replace. With your example you could look for "Urban Hip-Hop" and replace it with "Hip-Hop". If you had similar replacement pairs you could create separate Actions for each one, then group them. This would be helpful if you feel you will be doing this regularly.
I would think that this question has been discussed in this thread:
concisely: you are the only one who knows which genre name should be replaced by which other name, so you have to supply the list.
