Genres no longer available under Options?

Under "Options", "Genres" is no longer available. I have noticed that I can no longer store my own genres in order to assign them to individual tracks as needed. However, genres I created previously can still be inserted. I use the Mp3tag v3.21 in "German" under Win 10 prof. Do you have any idea what is going wrong?
