Hello,
I am trying to import some mp3's to Spotify and I added my songs to an album (and put COMPILATION and DISCNUMBER of all songs to '1') via Mp3tag and while it does say on Spotify that the songs belong to an album, it is not clickable and so my songs are not in an actual album it seems.
Is there a way to get my songs to be in an actual album? Or is that just not possible with Spotify's local files feature?

Looks to me like a question about features of that third party program and therefore much better addressed at that program's support.
Do you have any other local tracks that are treated the way you want it by that player?
Which fields have been filled in those files?
Which fields have you filled in the new files?
Have you modified the tag fields prior to showing them to your player or afterwards? Does the player update its display of the files after modification?

The reply to that post suggests that this feature is not supported, at least as of April, 2022.
