Getting Image to load with rest of info in text file

Im loading metaData into files that have no metadata. The data is stored in a database and output to a text files that loads into MP3Tag.

Everything is working except loading the image. (updating the MetaData in each file)

Image name or image path is not working. something else is needed.

what am i missing here?

How do you try to import the images?
AFAIK you have to use an action of the type "Import cover from file"

In addition to @ohrenkino's avice:

Please ensure that you have exported your images from your database with the same name in the same folder as you reference them in your outputted text file.
