Got the download to work via Firefox, but bought through App store

Hey guys,

I bought the product through the Apple app store, but had issues downloading the product with OS 15.6.1. The app will try to download but pop up with an error, saying the app could not download try again later.

Following some suggestions i read on here, I was able to get the trial download working, but now i need my license key, is there anyway I can retrieve that from the App Store?

Any help?

I think you need to try using the Mac App Store again. There is no license code for the version bought via Apple, validation and everything else is handled by Apple (I also don't have access to the customer data).

Please make sure you're logged in at the Mac App Store app with your Apple account. You can check if the icon on the lower left shows you name.

If it doesn't show your name, you'd need to login via ⌘0 where you can also see all of your purchased apps and can download Mp3tag via the respective icon.
