Just want to say this is exactly what I've needed. I've put up with iTunes and WMP messing up my precious tags for too long!!! I mean iTunes on its own can't seem to update all the tags you ask it to then write random id3v1 tags everywhere and generally screw things up 
The speed at which mp3tag operates and the sheer depth you can go to is fantastic, keep it up
