You can try to use the words in quotes like
%genre% HAS Pop AND %genre% HAS "Psych"

But as the word "Psych" is also included in Psychedelic you may have to combine them with some AND NOT combinations as in this example topic:

Omitting the percent signs also works in this context. Mp3tag then uses direct field lookup for GENRE and doesn't treat the dynamic part of the filter expression as format string. NOT genre IS "orchestra" AND NOT genre IS "dance" AND NOT genre IS "pop"
