Hi, I installed the program in Dutch but the helpfile is in German (C:\Program Files\Mp3tag\help\start_overview.html), I would like to have the helpfile in Dutch or English so how can i change this ?

you're right - Mp3tag installs a german help file on the dutch installation. I'll fix that to the next release.
Please use https://help.mp3tag.de/ in the meanwhile.
