Help files not working in Windows 8.1

I'm surprised I couldn't find this with the SEARCH, but install mp3 tags on Windows 8.1 and clicking on any of the help file links tells me I don't have an "APP" to handle this document... googling tells me that I must have spyware?

Hard to believe, can someone help me here?

Thank you. Switching browsers to IE10, then switching back to Chrome, did indeed solve my problem. :rolleyes: Thanks so much!
