so i had an older version of mp3tag and i went to get rid of it by deleting the files (end emptying the bin) , i deleted the uninstaller and now windows cant uninstall it because it cant find the uninstaller and i cans install a new version because it says there's the old version still installed even though i have ripped every file of the old version out of my pc, i just wanna tag my mp3s 
edit: if i had some way to install the uninstaller by itself maybe but still idk why it thinks there's an mp3 tag in my program files when i deleted it
Download and install the same version again that currently can not be uninstalled.
(For example the 32bit-Version if the 32bit-Version can not be uninstalled).
Then uninstall this version again. This should remove it completely.
And please use the official Mp3tag uninstaller, don't remove the files manually.
so, i have tried to reinstall the 32 version, and i got it to install but now it says that mp3 tag is open when i go to uninstall it even though it isn't, even after a fresh restart of my PC

i went though windows unisntaller and it got it out, thank you
