Help Reformatting Messed Up Tags

I have some messed up tag where it has the name of artist and title in the Title field in the following format Stealing Love - Carlene Davis. how can I get the program to put the Stealing love in title field and artist = Carlene Davis
Your help would be greatly appreciated

If it is just that one file, easiest to simply open in mp3tag, and in the TITLE field type in "Stealing Love" and save. Then in the ARTIST field, type in Carlene Davis and save.

or if lots of messed up like this, use the CONVERT menu, then select "Tag - Tag"

then in FIELD enter: TITLE
then in FORMAT STRING, enter: %title% - %artist%

Create an action of the type "Guess value"
Source: %title%
Target format string: %title% - %artist%
