i have many files like this filename look like this Amer Zayan - Amer Zayan-04.Bs Bs Kafi.mp3

i want it to look like this Amer Zayan - Bs Bs Kafi

Filenames are no decent data storage. So: what have you stored in the tags?
Why not import the data first into the tags with Convert>Filename-Tag:

%albumartist% - %artist%-%track%.%title%

and then rewrite the filename with Convert>Tag-Filename:
%artist% - %title%
