Help split Filename into fields and rename file

I have a filename

Jimmy Cliff Hard Road To Travel Federal Records RARE Soul version.mp3

that has no tags.

what is the best way to get the following

Artist = Jimmy Cliff
Title = Hard Road to Travel
Filename = Jimmy Cliff - Hard Road To travel
Comments = Federal Records RARE Soul version

There are no distinguishable separators in your file names between Artist, Title, or the Comment. How many songs are like this? If the number of words for each Artist varies, and same for the song title, then you won’t be able to use a Guessing pattern. Depending on the number of tracks, you may want to go through them individually for accuracy.
