Help with Filename->Tag

I'm hoping someone could help me please. I have a whole bunch of filenames that I need to make tags from as the tags are empty. Here is an example file:

07.Saxon - Princess Of The Night.mp3

In case there is any confusion, Saxon is the artist, Princess of the Night the song title.
I've got everything set up nicely so that I can go Tag->Filename later to fix the filename, but getting the info into the tag is throwing me.

You can use the converter "Filename - Tag" and a format string like

%track%.%artist% - %title%

to get the info into the tag.

I was all worried that was going to be a lot harder than it was. I will read the FAQ and try to figure out the next one before I bother anyone with it.
