How do you copy full filename into just the title tag

This is a very simple question, but I cannot find the answer amongst all these high expertise questions and answers:

How do you copy the entire filename into just the title tag into the title ID3v1/ID3v2 tag? And I don't want to read an entire section to find out how to perform this simple request for over 20,000 music files!
