Not sure why you would need to do this for so many tags but,
An example action for your needs is:
Action type: Format value
Field: TITLE
Format string: rpsh90 %title%
You will need to create actions in the same action group for the rest of your tags: filename, artist, album, composer, comment etc.
In case you run the action twice place this below the action groups you just created.
Action type: Replace
Field: TAG
Original: rpsh90 rpsh90 (_ represents 1 whitespace character)
Replace with: rpsh90_ (_ represents 1 whitespace character)
